2022年8月起，上海协和教育中心接受静安区教育局邀请、受托管理学校，学校正式更名为“上海市静安区协和双语培明学校”。学校秉承“培中华文化之根，明协和万邦之理”的办学理念，致力于培养优秀学生、友善伙伴、负责公民、未来领袖，以国家义务教育课程为基础，结合协和教育的“中西融合”课程特色，兼顾学校优质均衡与学生个性发展，以期成为静安国际社区的高品质初中公办校。
